On the north end of the city, we have The Tennis Club at Flying Horse. On the east side, Colorado Springs Racquet Club. On the south side, Country Club of Colorado. And to the west, Garden of the Gods Club. All four corners of the city are covered now: the League has completely taken over Colorado Springs.

You often hear: Large city, small town feel. It really is something special that all of these private member’s clubs in the Springs have been willing to join together to support and grow our local tennis community beyond their own membership. Building a cohesive and participatory community depends in no small measure on the belief that we’re all in this together. United by a love of the game, these clubs are working together with LOCOS to connect players, grow local interest in the sport, raise everyone’s competitive level, and create new opportunities to play.

Also, a shout out to all the players who support your local clubs by joining as members and signing up for regular lessons and clinics. The wager is that as our League grows, so will demand. The more players compete against each other, the more they’ll want to improve. That means more court bookings, more members, more players looking to take lessons. It’s a win-win kind of thing for both players and clubs.
